    I can do all of these except I still struggle with do pull ups ( maybe 2
    and that’s if I am lucky). Is there a program to help with pull ups for
    beginners like me?

    When did squat thrust become burpees, also I remember doing the jumping
    squat thrust like this in the 1980’s ,actually it’s natural to jump up off
    the floor , when going as fast as you can .
