Combining exercises is an amazing way to destroy your body and maximize how many calories you can burn in a short amount of time. This routine will put your endurance to the test as you tackle four combos that were created to target your upper and lower body. The goal is to complete three rounds as fast as possible! Keep track of how long it takes you to complete all three rounds and try to beat your score every time you attempt this routine! #HTH

    Hey Scott, just curious about why you don’t try to compete in crossfit.
    Most of the workouts that you do are “crossfit style” routines, and you
    could probably compete at the same level as the top guys. Seems like your
    only big weak point would the oly lifts

    Scott!!!!!! Mike Chang has some guinness record of as many pull-ups in 1
    minute with a 40pound weight on you. Please beat it I know you can. There
    not even strict on form and you can let go of the bar also. Everyone like

      Great Attitude really, see the whole idea of this is discipline ( i guess )
      i have Scott , mike and marc fitt Subsd channels but Mark and scott are my
      favourites they are more disciplined .

      +David Harris It is not possible to lose “belly fat” but it is possible to
      lose fat in general. People need to get out of the mind set that they can
      remove fat from a specific part of the body because they can’t. That’s not
      how it works. People do ab exercises thinking they’re “burning stomach fat”
      because they feel a burn in their abs. That doesn’t consume even nearly as
      much energy as strenuous cardio. And it is the energy consumption that
      makes you lose fat (duh). And when you start to lose that fat you lose it
      uniformly throughout the whole body.

    Thanks for this Scott! I’ve been looking for advanced HIIT sessions to
    boost metablosim and fat burning before my workouts and this did the trick.

    I’m yet to master the advanced toe driver as I can’t seem to find balance
    despite an above average core strength-wise.
