  1. @MMAdude71 Yep. Just means your getting a proper burn and workout on that
    area. If it hurts a good bit it just means the muscles are not that strong
    there. More you do the less it will hurt. Be cut in no time. :)

    sit ups, crunches and leg raises… Hey Scot, any advice on lower and upper
    abs without machines?
