  1. what chest exercises are good for the outside part of ur chest!? not the
    middle, but outside? flys? bench press with a wide grip?? :S

  2. It is good to have a strong upper body. personally incline bench is my
    favorite. And yes it’s good to let your muscles fully recover before
    peforming them again, hence why rest and nutrition is important. If not you
    will be in a catabolic state rather than anabolic.

  3. Flyes are pretty acurate. Also if you sit sideways on the cybex machine and
    individually press one arm up this targets the outside section of the chest
    as well.

  4. machines do most of the work for you, free weigts are much better because
    they put your body through much more stress, so do the bench press.
