    arsenal is lacking when it comes to intense home ab workouts. It was for
    this very reason that I created The Psycho Crunch! This is a hardcore ab
    exercise that keeps constant tension on your core as you complete your
    reps. The key to this movement is keeping your shoulders elevated
    throughout the entire set and never letting your heals touch the ground as

    • I’ve heard some people here say to train abs everyday could you do a video
      or a series on workouts for different areas of the abs so we could hit
      different areas on different days to maximize the intensity for each part
