He told Express.co.uk: “The EU has no authorised station whatsoever in this matter. Since a Treaty of Utrecht in 1717, Gibraltar is a emperor partial of a United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
“The EU has positively no office over this. No courtesy or credit need be given to such arrant nonsense entrance from this unelected comissars in an undemocratic institution.”
He also indicted Brussels of “sequestering” Spain’s former emperor rights.
Mr Quigley said: “Spain is still partial of a European Union, so this is a counterbalance in terms, as a EU has effectively sequestered all of Spain’s former emperor rights anyway, so it would be an emanate between a British Government and Brussels.
“This is zero to do with Spain. So these EU clowns can’t have it both ways.”
